Dear Internets,

*drool* If this thing didn't take a rocket scientist to make it, I would be cooking/supercooling like there was no tomorrow. I spied it on yesterday's episode of Masterchef Australia and I have to say, that show gives me culinery cravings/mood swings.It's hell ugly but oh so delicious looking at the same time, don't you think? Look at that gooey caramel escaping it's delicious chocolate mousse and biscuit prison. Yum!

This is death by chocolate cake strata
It's a cookie base
covered in a layer of mousse
covered in a layer of salted caramel,
covered in a layer of jaconde (which is a fun word to say),
covered in another layer of creamy chocolate mousse,
covered in a layer of apple tatin,
covered in another layer of jacond (still fun to say),
covered in mousse and
dusted with chocolate.
coated in fresh creamery butter*

or something along those lines, who can keep up!

oh god the cake looked sooo good on tv, i was drooling! shame i cant cook. willing to eat it thou, if someone else feels like cooking! hehe

Yeah I'm totally with you 'death wears...'! It looks like waayyy too much effort but I wouldn't say no to a slice.

Also, if someone gives me a super freezer thingy and helps me clean up afterwards, I'd take a stab at making it
