Does anyone else remember the friday 5? It used to be the best blog boredom buster! After much Googling I have yet to find a friday 5 that I liked. Ok that's not true. I found one that I didn't mind but the header image has a thingy in the right hand corner that freaked me out a little. I don't think i'd be able to look at it on a consistant basis

Well it's friday! My favourite friday night ritual used to be Carey Grant movies while under the a doona. Alas Carey is no longer on beloved SBS. If I could choose something else to do, collapsing into some fuzzy happy Rachael Cole pillows holds great great potention. They look 'homey' and if i get bored I suppose I could always rearrange the landscape.

Instead I'm sitting infront of my lap top, busting to pee as I watch the happy host of Entertainment Tonight tell me that Brad Pitt is learning how to fly. Yeah,that's a good idea Brad Pitt, 'cos famous people don't die in planes *cough*JFK Jnr*cough*

I’ve become obsessed with a facebook application. It’s called restaurant city and just as you’d expect, it’s a game in which you create your own restaurant, from the wallpaper to the menu. Your success is measured by how many 2 dollar meals you can sell with a positive rating. It shameful and completely Kawaii (said in a squealey voice. I log on at least once a day to feed my employees.Nothing makes for unhappy employees than near death or starvation. The saddest bit is i know what happens when they starve. They pass out and red angry bubbles tell you that they need sleep, food, or water. I think it might be an illness, my addiction that is.

There's a new claymation movie out that i really want to watch.It seems quirky and a bit rude but movie trailers speak greater than words

Mood: Wishful

Once again, i saw an Ad for Mars Red. I have been trying to figure out for a fair while what makes Mars, Red? I am ofcourse referring to my most hated of popular candy bars. Usually when a good candy bar goes astray they add other flavours into the mix or switch from milk chocolate to dark chocolate. Mars has decided to mess with the original formula and since the candy bar is far from perfection, I suppose it is ok.

However, they have not opted to change the chocolate or add a new flavour or new ingredients. Instead, as far as i can tell, they have decided to increase the amount of one very important ingredient ingredient. Now one would think that this means more candy bar, yay! Who can complain about good value right? Nope! Mars has decided to double whip their innards, effectively adding more of that very vital to life *drum roll please* AIR!. Why do i feel like this is a financial crisis cover up and i'm getting jipped? I hope it comes with the addition of more workers at the Mars factory to whip the candy after it's already been whipped once by another, by this time, exhausted colleague. Hmmm, I've tasted something like this before, oh yeah that's right! Milkyway!

Poor poor milky way, they couldn't give it away at the office. Always the last one in the bowl.

I do remember how I loved Charlie and the chocolate factory, as a child, so i would never suggest that confectioners should give up experimenting.There are success stories out there such as the cookies and cream kit kat! Kit kat is great, cookies and cream Kit Kat is just a different kind of great.

That reminds me, i want one of these! I shall paint it constantly and trick people into thinking it is actually made out of chocolate!

Somebody call the fashion police!

Fashion in cyclical and that is something I can generally deal with but recently I have been disturbed by the old new up and coming fashion trends. Harem pants and body suits? Really what are you(designers) thinking? You know it's a bad idea when models don't even look good in it.MC hammer has had his hay day and so did his parachute pants. I don't care how many followers he has on twitter, I do not want to see hammer time coming back! As they say, every dog has it's day... not week, not month, not recurring birthday...just day!

I was hoping this was one of those trends that never gets picked up but I saw a girl wearing them at the shops. The discreet satin not so harem versions are bearable but beyond that, I have my ticket book ready to issue offences against fashion!
